Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services. If payment is not received within 3 days, a late fee of $10 will be applied. To avoid late fees, you can update your credit card information on file.

Service Rates
All first-time lawn cuts will be charged at the base rate. For recurring services, subsequent cuts will be adjusted based on the selected schedule. This means your initial service will be billed at the base rate, while future recurring services will reflect the recurring rate. If you reschedule your service while on a recurring plan, your rate may change based on how long it has been since the last service.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
To avoid a $35 trip fee, any cancellations or rescheduling must be requested before our team arrives at your property. If our team arrives and the service cannot be completed due to locked gates or lack of prior notice, the trip fee will apply. Even if the lawn appears not to need mowing, failure to notify the office will result in a charge for the scheduled service or a trip fee.

Additional Services
If extra weedeating or other services are needed, we will notify you of any additional charges before proceeding with the service, ensuring all fees are agreed upon in advance.

Recurring Services
We do not require a contract for recurring services, and you may cancel at any time without penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service. If you choose to reschedule, the rate will be adjusted based on the time since your last service.
